Strategic Planning & Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead organization-wide change management initiatives and transformation program.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures and systems to drive operational efficiency.
Process Excellence & Compliance:
- Conduct regular HR compliance audits and implement remediation plans.
- Optimize HR processes and workflows using data-driven methodologies.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure ROI and program effectiveness.
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR operations and practices.
Program Management:
- Lead cross-functional HR transformation projects from conception to implementation.
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and implement solutions to enhance HR service delivery models.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to implement best practices.
- Provide thought leadership and advisory support to business leaders.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- MBA from a top-tier business school.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience in large organizations esp IT/ITES.
- Experience in Big 4 consulting firms is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
- Deep expertise in HR compliance frameworks and audit methodologies.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Proven track record in process optimization and program management.
- Experience with HR analytics and ROI measurement.
Skills:
- Outstanding project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making approach
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
