The Sales Enablement Lead will create and execute a sales training program(s) to improve the skills of our student advisor teams across geos. This role aims to boost sales effectiveness through structured coaching, training, and development. The perfect candidate will have experience in sales, auditing, and leadership, with a proven track record in enhancing sales performance.
Sales Enablement is tightly integrated with the Sales team, sharing goals and empowering every member to succeed. Your role will involve identifying skill gaps, creating tailored learning materials, and evaluating the success of enablement initiatives.
By working closely with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams, youll develop solutions to overcome challenges across the sales cycle. Your ultimate mission: boost team performance and ensure our student advisors are equipped to excel.
