Executive HR

Role Purpose

• To support and maintain the organizations HRIS applications Success Factors.
• To support and deliver Recruitment of Band 8 and 9 Candidates.

Principal Accountabilities & Key Activities

• Working with stakeholdersto gather and analyse manpower requirements and drive a plan to source and recruit Workers, Team Leaders, Analysts and FTAs.
• Establish rapport with external community to build a pool of candidates.
• Maintenance of Employee records on Success Factors.
• Timely employee record creation and termination of records in Success Factors.
• Maintain the HRIS system and Generate HRIS reports.
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Education MBA, MHRM, MSW

Experience: 1-3 years

Knowledge and understanding of:

• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of HR Software or any other software.
• Experience in Data Entry
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Ability to keep nformation confidential
