Program Lead - Technology Consulting (8-15 yrs)

The Program Lead - Technology Consulting role is critical for delivering end-to-end AI and analytics solutions for clients. The role focuses on application engineering while working closely with internal teams like business consulting, data engineering, machine learning, and data science to ensure the success of programs.

Key responsibilities include :

- Program Management : Overseeing program delivery from problem discovery to solution deployment. This involves scoping, change management, and ensuring timely execution.

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborating with business and technology teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring alignment with the client's needs.

- Technical Specifications : Translating business requirements into technical specifications, working with analysts and architects to ensure clarity.

- Solution Design : Reviewing architecture and design to ensure they meet client requirements, and collaborating with UX designers to shape the user experience.

- Tracking & Reporting : Creating project plans, tracking milestones, and communicating progress. Proactively removing bottlenecks and mitigating risks to avoid delays.

- Value Articulation : Demonstrating the business value of solutions and helping drive their adoption by business teams.

- Engineering Best Practices : Ensuring secure coding, quality assurance, and implementation of best practices throughout the program.

Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of experience in software development and program delivery, especially in enterprise web applications (cloud, on-premise, RDBMS, big data/NoSQL).

- Strong background in agile frameworks like SCRUM and Kanban.

- Expertise in enterprise architecture , especially distributed systems, with exposure to mobile app development as a plus.

- Experience in high-volume data processing, ensuring secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and security testing.

- Team and client management experience.

- (Preferred) Familiarity with MLOps/DevOps for automation of development and deployment on cloud platforms.
