About Lynk :

Lynk is Swiggy Group's B2B Retail Distribution business. To lead Lynk's business offering for Emerging Brands and Private Labels. This is a 0-1 initiative at Lynk, where you would do a lot of the thinking and execution of a new but high potential business offering. Lynk hopes to create a sharp and relevant portfolio of private labels and emerging brands to launch in India's General Trade.

Highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and manage our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing software projects through the entire development life cycle. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What qualities are we looking for ?

- Proven experience in delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python,GoLang, React JS).

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and DevOps practices.

- Experience in full-stack development or expertise in back-end/front-end systems is a plus.

Leadership & Management Skills :

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

- A collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering a positive team culture.

- Proven ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with distributed systems or large-scale application development.

- Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes,React, Node.js).

- Experience in start-ups or high-growth environments is a plus.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
