Job Description
- Masters/PhD in Computer Science or related field
- A minimum of 6 years of industry experience with Data Science in product based organizations, including a minimum of 1 year experience in shipping recommendation/personalization models in high-throughput, low-latency settings
- Strong Machine Learning fundamentals along with deep experience with Deep Learning
- Strong problem formulation and solving skills.
- Prior experience with working on terabyte-scale data in a Spark environment is required.
- Prior experience with Python, SQL, TensorFlow/Pytorch is required and exposure to Scala is preferred.
- Good product thinking and ability to map customer-backward problems to ML-led solutions.
- Formulate and implement innovative solutions to business problems using state of the art Machine Learning/Deep Learning models
- Leverage Swiggy s rich data at scale to build deeply personalized recommendation systems
- Leverage our mature ML infrastructure to deploy models and conduct experiments
- Work with and mentor fellow Data Scientists
- Contribute and co-own the product roadmap
