looking for a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Java and Spring to join our development team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and the Spring framework.
Need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems that support our applications and services.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Familiarity with version control system such as Git.

Knowledge in cloud is a plus.

They will conduct sports and team outings yearly once i like the most. But they will showcase to make us comfort and try to get our opinion. While asking survey you should not answer the correct and reasonable one. That may cause some other issue.

Dislikes

Initially you will get all the benefits and appraisal properly. After one or two year later you won't get any appraisals. They will try to convince based on market and one more thing after resigning your job you can't get final settlement properly. From management they will not respond in a proper way...
