Position Overview:

This position involves delivering on-site cybersecurity services for industrial Process Control Networks to Honeywell customers. Responsibilities include consulting, troubleshooting, designing networks, implementing solutions, conducting assessments, and performing related tasks. The role requires serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific Honeywell solutions or products. Additionally, the position emphasizes building strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical support. This includes diagnosing issues and delivering timely, precise technical solutions to customer inquiries and challenges.

Preferred Technical Knowledge/Experience:

3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Vulnerability or Risk assessment.

Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT)

Experience using tools like Nessus and NMAP.

3 years experience in networking, endpoint security, and conducting audits/assessments in IT security.

3 years of Network Security Experience: Firewalls, ACL, IDS, IPS, SIEM, particularly with Cisco Routers, Switches, or Firewalls.

3 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, and Terminal Server.

3 years of experience with antivirus systems and backup & restore solutions.

Certifications:

Cisco Certified Network/Design/Security Associate (at least one certification).

Fundamental Cybersecurity Certification such as Security+, GSEC, or SSCP, (at least one certification)

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment and Management :

Identify and assess potential security risks in the organization s network, systems, and applications.

Security Protocol Development :

Design, implement, and maintain security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Incident Response :

Respond to security breaches and incidents, conducting investigations and implementing necessary measures to prevent future occurrences.

Security Monitoring :

Use security tools and technologies to monitor systems for suspicious activities, vulnerabilities, and threats.

Collaboration :

Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate security protocols and best practices into all areas of the organization.

Training and Awareness :

Conduct security training sessions for employees to promote awareness and adherence to security policies and practices.

Documentation :

Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents, risk assessments, and system vulnerabilities, along with mitigation strategies.

Must Haves:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or 3 years equivalent experience

3+ years experience in cyber security, system administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in networking, endpoint security, and conducting audits/assessments in IT security.

Proficiency in security tools, networking technologies, and programming or scripting languages.

Cisco Certification (at least 1) -Network/Design/Security Associate

Cybersecurity Certification (at least 1) - Security+, GSEC, or SSCP
