MLOps Engineer - All Genpact locations

Location: India
Role Overview:Genpact is looking for a MLOps Engineer with a strong background in deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure and AzureML, as well as a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure on Azure.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with data scientists to transition models from development to production.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate model training and deployment.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of ML services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Azure cloud services and AzureML.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self-driven and assertive, capable of independent work.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in building ML platforms or infrastructure from scratch is a significant advantage.
