Job Description

  • Primary function is to give presentations to clients (builders, architects, direct customers).
  • Offer Generation, Negotiation, and order booking.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage customers and business development responsibilities.
  • Identify & analyse industry/geographic trends & competitive marketing and financial strategies with strategy implications.
  • Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  • Comply with the relevant standards for the overall risk assessment, cash flow management.
  • Execute Plans and deliver on commitments on Numbers/Values/Margins.
  • Increase market share in the designated area.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of sales, service, modernization, repair and installation business.
  • Maintain healthy business relations with major Builders and Architects.
  • Attain maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers.
  • Do the site visit and understand the client requirement to provide the better solution.
  • Qualification Required:
  • B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) and / or MBA / PGDBM in Marketing.
