Primary function is to give presentations to clients (builders, architects, direct customers).
Offer Generation, Negotiation, and order booking.
Develop long-term relationships with clients.
Manage customers and business development responsibilities.
Identify & analyse industry/geographic trends & competitive marketing and financial strategies with strategy implications.
Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
Comply with the relevant standards for the overall risk assessment, cash flow management.
Execute Plans and deliver on commitments on Numbers/Values/Margins.
Increase market share in the designated area.
Responsible for the development and implementation of sales, service, modernization, repair and installation business.
Maintain healthy business relations with major Builders and Architects.
Attain maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers.
Do the site visit and understand the client requirement to provide the better solution.
Qualification Required:
B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) and / or MBA / PGDBM in Marketing.
