Knowledge of the industry and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition - Identify and target potential clients, initiate contact with decision-makers to finalize AMC and R&M orders. Proposal Submission: Ensure AMC Proposals including pricing, terms and conditions, collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reaches to decision maker and it is aligned with the clients expectations. Sales Presentations - Conduct presentations to showcase the benefits and value of the company s services and customize presentations based on the customer s needs. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships. Act as the SPOC for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, installation and service and HO Team, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Reporting and Reviews with HO Team: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service-sales activities, including customer interactions, negotiations, Non-Price Visits and attend reviews by the HO Team
