Restraints Engineer I 6 - 9years I Pune

PRIMARY SKILLS
Having experience in design & development of Restraints
knowledge on design and development & validation of Restraints, Airbags(Seating, steering & IP ) and Belt anchorages
Able to interact with customers and manufacturing suppliers to fulfil all the testing and Validation requirements on the project.
knowledge and hands on experience of regulatory standards for restraints systems FMVSS and ECE.
Planning and Co-ordinating testing activities for all restraints
knowledge on manufacturing processes of restraints components and Part management.
Preparing validation documents for restraints and support for homologation activity


SECONDARY SKILLS

Hands-on expertise in UGNX/Catia CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.
Should be having good track record of team handling.
knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management is preferred
experience of working in CFT environment is mandatory.
Should be very good in English communication (written and oral)
