Role Overview:
- As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Engati's growth by acquiring and managing strategic enterprise accounts.
- You will identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- This is a highly visible and impactful role, ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Solution Selling: Understand client pain points, map them to Engati's solutions, and deliver impactful product demos and presentations to enterprise stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Negotiation & Closing: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including contract negotiations, to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the product and marketing teams.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven success in SaaS sales, preferably in an enterprise or B2B setting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to handle complex negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and sales tools.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend meetings, and represent Engati at events.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required). MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
