Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web technologies, user interface development, and modern JavaScript frameworks. As a UI Developer, you will collaborate with designers and backend developers to create responsive and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and optimize web applications using React.js and modern front-end frameworks.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and refine requirements.

Performance & Optimization:

• Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure cross-device compatibility.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Trends & Best Practices:

• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI development and front-end technologies.
• Implement modern UI frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of accessibility and web performance optimization techniques.
