Jr/Sr .Net Developer (Full Stack/Backend)

We are seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with a strong background in cloud technologies, databases, machine learning, and generative AI. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and fellow developers to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions and effectively adopt and implement AI tools in the software development cycle.

Job Timings: IST / EST / SGT (There will be a overlap with multiple timezones)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and development teams to convert requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Application Development: Design and develop Windows-based applications using C#, .NET Core, WPF, WCF, Java, Python, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• AI Application Development: Engage in the design and development of AI-driven applications on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Server-Side Development: Develop server-side applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, C++, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
• Architecture Design: Demonstrate thorough understanding and experience in client/server architecture, web services, Windows services, and RESTful APIs.
• Container Management: Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and manage microservices deployments effectively.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software meets functional and performance standards.
• Cloud Deployment: Leverage knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying web applications securely.
• Data Security Compliance: Ensure familiarity with data security practices and compliance standards for handling sensitive data.
• Generative AI Training: Test and assist in training generative artificial intelligence models.
• Design Patterns & Architecture: Apply knowledge of design patterns and distributed architecture in software development.
• Version Control: Utilize code versioning tools such as TFS or GitLab proficiently.
• Front-End Integration: Integrate front-end components with back-end services effectively using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Automated Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit/MSTest and BDD/SpecFlow.
• Database Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases including stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 3+ experience in C#, .NET Core and developing complex code and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of data structures, object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD), design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, CodeGen, or Replit is a plus.
• Solid grasp of large language models (LLMs) and their applications in software development.
• Proficient in complex SQL queries and algorithms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn new frameworks and tools; a passion for tackling complex systems alongside demanding architects.

Additional Skills

• Deep knowledge of XML, LINQ, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and parallel programming techniques.
• Experience writing unit tests (NUnit), performing static code analysis (FxCop), and using Git for version control
