Salesforce Cloud Developer/Lead/Consultant/Architect/Analyst/Admin

We are seeking talented individuals for multiple roles within our Salesforce clients, including Salesforce Cloud Developer, Analyst, Administrator, and Architect. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in Salesforce technologies and a passion for driving business success through innovative solutions.

We are looking primarily for remote work however we are open to hybrid/onsite as well. This will be a full time/part time freelance/contract job and you will be working with teams at different timezones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Expertise: Design and build solutions utilizing B2B Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Media Cloud, Service Cloud, NonProfit Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and other to deliver customer experience.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as ERP, Engineering, and Digital to ensure end-to-end consistency in the IT landscape for the Customer Services Domain.
• Technical Design Management: Lead the management and implementation of technical designs for Salesforce Service solutions aligned with business strategies, collaborating with Technical and Functional Experts.
• Solution Development: Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, with experience in CRM and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Salesforce Architecture Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) and operational tasks related to Salesforce B2C Commerce.
• Framework Proficiency: Demonstrate strong experience with Salesforce frameworks such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze). Apex expertise is essential.
• Integration Skills: Integrate Commerce Cloud with third-party systems including payment gateways and inventory systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Scalable Solution Design: Create scalable solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, LWC, Flows, Batch Apex, and SOAP/REST API integrations.
• Advanced Customization: Utilize Omni-Script, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures to build advanced customized solutions tailored to business needs.
• CTI Integration Expertise: Implement CTI integration and manage omnichannel support or Knowledge Management systems.
• Data Migration & Integration Best Practices: Experience in data migration processes and integration best practices to ensure seamless operations.
• Salesforce Architecture & Design: Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design principles including Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDKs, SSO, OAuth protocols, SOAP/REST APIs.
• Custom Development Experience: Proven experience in custom Salesforce.com development projects.
• Marketing Cloud Proficiency: Knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMPscript, Content Builder, SQL queries, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, landing pages, and Journey Builder.
• Data Management Skills: Understanding of data management concepts including ETL processes and relational database technologies is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must hold relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Builder I, Platform Developer II).
• Experience managing and configuring Salesforce to meet organizational needs. This includes user management and system configuration tasks such as creating custom applications and integrations.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript/JSON, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5/CSS/SASS with a focus on responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman/Insomnia for API testing; knowledge of CLI tools or middleware solutions is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems such as Jira, Bitbucket/Sourcetree; familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins; proficiency in development environments like IntelliJ or Eclipse is preferred.
