Deputy Manager / Manager - US Generic Serialization Lead

We are having opening for the role Deputy Manager / Manager - US Generic Serialization.

Location : Mumbai - Andheri East

Qualification - B.Sc. IT/ B. Tech/ BE/MBA- IT/Production/Operation Management.

Industry Preferred : Pharmaceutical Industry.

Experience: 5+years managing the DSCSA Compliance for US +Other geographic.

Job Description:

• Database Maintenance Keep -serialization database updated and accurate, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements. Perform basic database troubleshooting and support tasks related to serialization data.
• Relationship Management -Work with serialization solution providers, customers & warehouses to ensure smooth implementation , support & upkeep of serialization systems.
• Technical Support - Work with customers, 3PL & Trace link to solve technical issues related to serialization software.
• Issue Resolution -Spot & fix any problems with serialization, including system errors, data inconsistencies & compliance issues.
• Team collaboration - Collaborate with manufacturing ,quality assurance, IT & logistics teams to integrate serialization processes smoothly.
• Reporting Create reports on serialization performance , compliance & any issues for Internal teams.
• Compliance & Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of serialization processes, configuration & support activities.

Skills Required:

1. Trace link network(serialization ) and supporting database.
2. Good understanding of Excel.
3. Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
4. Good Analytical skills.
5. Project Management.
