Executive - Project & Portfolio Management

We are looking for an Executive to join our Encube Ethicals - US Generics Team (Mumbai). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the supply chain processes for new product launches from R&D to commercialization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy + MBA degree (Dual Degree Program)
• 2+ years experience into project management in either R&D or Supply Chain
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops project plans for all aspects of assigned projects and manages all project activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product launch timelines & milestones, ensuring all launch activities are completed on time and within the budget
• Work with commercial team to plan the launch requirements for validation and post validation requirement
• Conduct regular supply chain risks assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity
• Proactively identifies significant project risks, develops mitigation strategies, escalates to leadership, and implements approved mitigation steps
• Project Management activities will span across all streams

(2) Site Transfer Projects (from customers or R&D)

(3) Alternate Vendor Development Projects
