QA Engineer Lead

Job Summary

As a QA Engineer Lead, you will oversee the quality assurance process for software projects, leading a team of QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for developing testing strategies, managing testing activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Oversee manual and automated testing processes, ensuring the identification and resolution of defects.

Develop and implement testing strategies and best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Manage the QA team s workload, provide guidance, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve software quality and development processes.

Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to optimize the QA process.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

If Media Domain experience is missing, hire with good testing experience in varied domains with exposure to automation, security and performance testing.
Plus experience in leading testing of web based applications
