Encora Inc - Data Operations Manager - Quality & Governance (9-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts.

- Define and implement data operations strategies and best practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.

- Build and maintain data quality frameworks and monitoring systems.

- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to deploy and monitor models in production.

- Automate data pipelines and infrastructure using tools like Apache Airflow, Prefect, or similar.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data applications.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong experience with services like S3, Lambda, BigQuery, etc.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Experience with data version control tools like DVC.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications :

- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, DataOps, Data Governance, Data quality.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g, Data Science, Computer Science) preferred.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
