Client/Project: Australian MNC

Module – Remote

Job Location: Anywhere in India ( Remote)

JD:

• Software application support as a vendor to external clients.
• SQL Server management and/or troubleshooting.
• SQL Server data manipulation (T-SQL).
• Familiarity with several of the following:
• Investigative tools for SQL Server like SQL Profiler or XEvent Profiler.
• SQL applications like SSMS/SSRS/ Power BI.
• Investigative tools for network traffic like Fiddler, Wireshark or Postman.
• Third-party monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog or SolarWinds.
• Windows Server management and/or troubleshooting.
• Network troubleshooting.
• Additional nice-to-have experience:
• Web Services troubleshooting.
• Software implementation projects (pre- and/or post-sales)
• Printer troubleshooting.
• Windows and/or Azure AD troubleshooting
