Senior Manager Banking Alliance - Cross Border
Position Overview:
As the Senior Manager for Banking Alliance - Cross Border Product, you will spearhead the development and management of strategic banking partnerships to enhance our cross-border payment solutions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive product innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for establishing and managing banking alliances that support cross-border payment products.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate with potential banking partners to secure partnerships that enhance our cross-border capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, compliance, operations, and marketing, to integrate banking services into our cross-border payment solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with international payment regulations, standards, and best practices, maintaining a high level of security and reliability in our cross-border transactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners, fostering strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Drive the continuous improvement of cross-border payment products, leveraging feedback from partners and customers to enhance features and performance.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the performance of banking alliances and cross-border products to senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in banking alliance management, with a focus on cross-border payment products, within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of cross-border payment processes, international banking relationships, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of successfully securing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
