Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive P&L growth and annual business growth goals for the online vertical.
- Leading the India wallet growth and partnership business team.
- Lead brand building and creating a roadmap for PPI solution.
- Strategizing, building and leading a team of online wallet sales.
- Leading alliances with top payments aggregators for wallet acceptance.
- Managing relationships with the top Online brands and cracking high GMV & growth accounts.
- Cracking and managing large national accounts by implementing the right strategy.
- Responsible for identifying new opportunities of partnership and alliances with various Key Merchants
- Working on strategies for retention and referrals to increase company revenue.
- Be the complete owner of vertical revenue target and profitability.
- Develop a user growth strategy to drive conversion of new and existing users to engage with digital payments and an engagement strategy to ensure our digital payments product remain on the top.
- Working with the product team to identify suitable product solutions needed for our partners while leveraging our internal capabilities.
- Design and execute the growth roadmap in alignment with peers from product, design and engineering and senior leadership
- Must have lead a sizeable amount of business and drive result out of them- 4-10 years of relevant experience in payment industry
Required skills :
- 10-17 years of relevant experience in payment industry
- Must be skilled in sales, business development, strategic partnerships, distribution, client acquisition, growth & servicing
