Draftsman and Document Controller

Role & responsibilities

• Document Control & Management-Maintain and organize project-related documents, including drawings, reports, tender documents, and specifications,
• Technical Support & Drawing Review assist the planning team in studying technical drawings and identifying key project details
• Use AutoCAD to review and analyse drawings, Tender & Planning Support assist in compiling tender documents and maintaining records for bidding processes.
• Study project details and specifications to help with planning and scheduling and Administrative & Miscellaneous support.
• Draft official letters, emails, and other correspondence related to planning and project coordination.
