Senior Proposal Writer

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join us as a Proposal Writer.

Key responsibilities of the Proposal Writer will include:

Job Descriptions:

• The Proposal Writer supports the Sales teams with the completion of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Request for Information (RFIs). questionnaires (e.g., security and technical), and other related requests.
• Responsible for the development and management of various proposal related projects to increase the companys effectiveness at winning new business and retaining current clients.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience writing technical proposals/RFPs for MSP and VMS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses a strategic mindset and sound judgment and ability to develop and manage strategic capture plans.
• Ability to start managing and prioritizing projects and deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with teams and oversee strategic actions with others.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications related software programs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and environments.
• Problem solving abilities, including conflict resolution under time sensitive production expectations.
