Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

1. Greet Visitors & Manage Reception Area:
   
• Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Answer Phone Calls:
   
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Provide basic information to callers and handle general inquiries.
3. Schedule Appointments:
   
• Manage appointments and meeting schedules for staff or executives.
• Book conference rooms for meetings and ensure proper equipment is available.
4. Office Supplies & Mail Management:
   
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
