Senior Engineer - Project

Job Summary: Responsible for handling project orders received from domestic customers. Coordinate with PM/PAs for smooth transition of project requirements from the order receiving sales office to our internal teams. Follow-up the project schedule with internal teams to make sure that the project breakthroughs are met. Work with PMO/sales office and Logistics to ensure valves cleared for inspection/shipment/comply Incoterm/ sales recognition & align Importation documents at destination/customer site requirements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Plan and implement project kick-off meetings and provide clarity to plant team on customer requirements
• Provide periodic project summary and status reports to the concerned stake holders and Management
• Ensure the effective implementation of post order Corrective & Preventive actions against the customer complaints
• Participate in slim spec and GP improvement activities. Get regular update from ME and GSC teams on capacity and capability of the plant. Share with global partners at the appropriate forums
• Prepare Monthly inspection plan and communicate to PM. Ensure approved documents are in place at least two weeks in advance before sending NOI
• Ensure that the overall project schedule is met though coordination with both external and internal parties
• Lead or validate sale order details in oracle transactions before providing shipment clearance to logistics

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years’ work experience in similar industry and products
• Having project management experience in valve or related products will be an added advantage.
• Awareness about EMS & ISO 45001 practices
• Experience in ISO 14001:2015 - ISO 45001:2018 - ISO 9001:2015 procedures & instructions.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Deep knowledge of Fisher products and solutions
• Interpersonal skills and able to relate well with all levels of staff
• Good Presentation skills & persuasive ability
