We are looking for Program Manager to work with our Controls and Software team. As a Program Manager you will be leading a multi-functional team in creating and implementing plans that deliver the latest in Industrial Control System platforms and solutions. You would be part of a versatile and innovative technology team. We would like you to fuel your program management skills and deliver industry leading solutions which solves customer s toughest challenges.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To provide leadership to a multi-functional team in the development of our next generation automation platforms.
• To work with self-motivated and multi-functional teams to transform customer needs into our products, platforms, and solutions.
• To involve in all phases of embedded product development (hardware and software) from product definition, prototyping, and production release.
• To use Agile software development practices to lead the design test our products using Continuous Integration.
• To cultivate an environment of continuous learning and improving.
• To drive continuous and measurable improvement in productivity, quality, efficiency and reliability.
• To make technical presentations to peers and managers on the details of your project.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor s or master s degree or equivalent experience in computer engineering or any other engineering field with 10-12 years of project management experience in an embedded product development.
• PMP certified professional and Scrum Master certification would be an added advantage.
• Working experience in leading complex product development programs in a global setup.
• Hands on experience in Electronics Hardware/Embedded Software development would be useful.
• Project management experience in embedded product development is a must for this role.
• To have demonstrated ability to plan/manage budget, resources, work activities, and risks/mitigations working on New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills with cross cultural adaptation.
• To have demonstrated time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience working on teams that use the Agile Scrum development methods.
