In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to Site/BU/WA collaborators.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations.
• Analysis & Review of SG&A cost centers and provide commentary for major deviations
• Analysis & Review of monthly Financials before TB load in HFM & post HFM upload
• Review and approve Monthly Journal Entries for GL postings
• Analysis & replies to Queries from Site controllers/WA/BU Finance operations.
• Performing Site POR (Rolling Budgets) Activities as per WA timelines
• Drive Clearing of Balance Sheet open & aged items regularly mainly for accounts Bank reconciliation, Petty cash, Tax balances, Payroll related GL s, advances to suppliers, lease accounts etc.
• Build and maintain Invoice coding database for recurring vendors and ensure correct invoice coding for all the supplier s invoices and approval through Esker system.
• Working on Various MIS Reports for finance collaborator
• Ensure Intercompany recharges are calculated on time and invoices sent for payment.
• Site level profitability analysis
• Cash flow preparation on monthly/ quarterly basis & update to Site Controllers
• Ensure foreign currency exposures are reviewed and validated on monthly basis.
• Review & Analysis of Site Headcount as per HR & SharePoint and make sure correct reporting of Cost centres
• Maintenance of appropriate Internal Controls and compliance with SOX and CP&P
• Support in monthly Forecasting, Mid Year Review and Annual Budgets
• Provide support for internal and external audit requests

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Finance Professional (CMA/CA/MBA) with minimum 3/4year of work experience in FP&A Domain
• Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
• Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
• Balance collaborator, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.
• Ability to think creatively, driven, and self-motivated.
• Proven ability to roll-up your sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
• High standards of accuracy and highly organized.
• Flexible to work as per African sites timelines especially during month ends & any specific requests

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA
• Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management
• Power BI or related presentation tools
