Lead the Financial Transformation activities - CC Mapping, System transition, Parallel runs & testing
Good command on departmental cost analysis like SGA, CGS Cost Centre Analysis, Utilization Model, Profit Reviews, etc. - Actuals & POR
Manage Financial reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations.
Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations to BU Leadership teams.
Continuous development and research of accounting principles and practices including IFRS.
Statutory audit support and ensure compliance with internal controls
Collaborate with cross functional teams and work as a Finance business partner
Drive annual performance and team development planning
Support on interviews and onboarding of new members
Support in Ad-hoc requests

For This Role, You Will Need:
Finance Professional with minimum 5/6 year of work experience in FP&A Domain
Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
Creative and Analytical thinking ability and Leadership skills
Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes
