Lead Software QA Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage Quality Assurance activities for a C# . NET Core based Full Stack Application, including Microservices architecture, Web Applications, Windows Services, REST APIs, and SQL Databases.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
• Coordinate testing activities, prioritize tasks, and estimate timelines effectively.
• Experience with Trellix whitelisting of applications.
• Conduct performance and cybersecurity tests and ensure thorough regression testing post-bug resolution.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for test plans and scenarios and contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Work collaboratively within Azure DevOps GIT repositories.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all OT systems.
• Implement test automation scripts using open-source or industry standard tools, with proficiency in Selenium/Playwright and Java preferred.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation.
• Strong experience in manual as well as automated testing for Full Stack Applications.
• Strong background in performance testing, including load and stress tests.
• Preferred skills in SQL and scripting.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Understand the workings of Emerson s DeltaV workstations and the software deployed in these Distributed Control Systems.
• Oversee the daily operations of the OT server lab, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of OT systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the OT server lab.
• Familiarity with the unique systems and network configurations found in industrial and critical infrastructure, such as power plants and manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus.
