Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Campaign Manager with a strong background in the D2C industry, preferably in health & nutrition or beauty. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across multiple channels to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to maximize ROI through marketing automation, precise budget allocation, ROAS optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Management:
• Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaigns for both brand-owned platforms and marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Ensure campaigns align with business objectives, brand guidelines, and customer acquisition goals.
2. Optimization and Data Analysis:
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights, driving improvements in targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve user journeys and enhance campaign effectiveness.
3. Marketing Automation and Budget Allocation:
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management and reporting.
• Efficiently allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
• Track spend against targets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align strategies with broader business goals.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams to optimize ads and visibility on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
