Business Analyst & Executive Assistant To Group CEO

Job Description:

• He or She will be joining dynamic Top Management work suit and getting opportunity to enhance work skills, leadership qualities and grow along with EMC Hospitals the largest hospitals chain of Punjab
• Compile data to create MIS, BI reports & Dash boards for business analysis and analytical decisions
• Draw conclusion on data and create checks on each data point and alert
• Create business review presentations, corporate presentations
• Good at RFQs RFIs Comparative analysis
• Assist CEO in routine work as meetings, MOM, preparations, coordination’s, calendar management, appointments scheduling, arranging meetings with internal and external stake holders
• Tracking MOM & seeking updates and coordinating the stake holders of MOM
• Be part of meetings Draft MOMs and maintain confidentiality of CEO’s office
• Travel with CEO for external meetings to Units and SBU’s
• Be a change and transformation coordinator
