Position: Executive Assistant to MD
Location: JABALPUR | Openings: 1 | CTC: ₹4-5 LPA

Qualification: Bachelors in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: 5+ years experience in any business house/group

Job Summary:

Seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in Government /PSU projects. The role involves administration, project coordination, compliance, and stakeholder management. Must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MD’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence. Manage emails, information, and other communications; and prioritize those that need MD attention
• Act as ‘follow-up Manager’ across the Organisation and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed. Act as a liaison between MD and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with all staff, vendors & clients/government officials, as & when required
• Prepare reports, presentations, and contracts.
• Track project progress, compliance, and documentation.
• Maintain confidential records and documents.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years in any Business House
• Skills:
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
