Job Description
Skills:
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.
- Requirements management, ideally in the automotive environment with industry-standard tools (e.g. DOORS, CODE BEAMER, CAMEO), Jira (defect management), MS Office Tools for the management of requirements. Shall have excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of software development processes (e.g. V-model, automotive SPICE, functional safety).
- Coordinating with customer teams to manage the process of collecting, analyzing, refining, and tracing requirements.
- Proven experience in managing requirements varied number of Automotive customers, and / or having experience in managing requirements for more than 1 Automotive product lines, with experience in achieving standards compliance, and ensuring traceability.
- Experience in clarifying requirements to teams both inside and outside the organization and making them aligned to requirements management processes.
- Demonstrated experience generating compliance artifacts and participating in external audits.
- Participating in the change control board to handle changing requirements.
