Job Description
- Manage project scope, project schedule, project costs and project risks
- Ensure excellent communication within the team and with all stakeholders
- Ensure quality and completeness of project deliverables according to defined QMS and functional safety processes
- Plan, steer and monitor all project activities
- Regularly report project statuses to technical and management levels
- Execute gate reviews and lead decision matrix
- Resolve conflicts and handle deviations
- Strong project management skills with 2+ years of experience
- Proven record of project management experience of international and multi-sited projects
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated and ability to motivate team members
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge in automotive and functional safety development area is an advantage
- Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs is an advantage
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent)
