Plumbing Lead

• To plan, manage and control all MEP project-related activities, including project management, quality control, timely delivery and cost control.
• To ensure resources are managed and deployed in order to meet project needs, whilst meeting the needs of the business.
• To lead various teams in delivering projects to the clients worldwide and ensure all team members are appropriately represented.
• To undertake pre-sales and marketing related activities, e.g. organizing and providing quotations and marketing material as per requirements.
• To demonstrate in-depth know-how during client interaction (verbal and written) to ensure smooth flow of technical and project information.
• Should have good understanding of MEP & F Design Development.
• Should be proficient in MEP Services of large-scale building projects.
• Should have worked on REVIT MEP in 3D Modeling, Detailing of Drawing, and Clash Detection etc.
• Should have Managerial skills to lead the MEP team.
• Should have done Co-ordination with Architects & other Consultants.

Desired Profile:

• 15-20 years in managing MEP & F projects, with strong mechanical bias and a very comfortable approach with all aspects of building services. Team management skills and client handling experience.
• Passion and desire to learn and innovate.
• Willingness and motivation to work in a team environment.
• Candidates with long-term vision and dedication towards our profession.
• The individual must have sufficient interest and motivation to upgrade their technical expertise as required on an ongoing basis.
