Essential Job Functions and Skill
ï‚• Proactively maintain and develop all Windows infrastructure
technology, to sustain a high available uptime service.
ï‚• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all
environments.
ï‚• Provide solutions to any complex IT operation-related challenges in the
organization.
ï‚• Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot
fixes on servers and workstations
ï‚• Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and
scalability of the environment.
ï‚• Administration of:
ï‚• Windows / Linux (physical and virtualized) server platforms
ï‚• Windows Domain Management
ï‚• SAP B1 Administration
ï‚• Basic knowledge Database : SQL / My SQL / Mongo DB
ï‚• VM Backups (Veeam)
ï‚• VMware Esxi
ï‚• Amazon Web Services platform
ï‚• Ubuntu Server & Desktop
ï‚• Firewall : Foritgate / Watch guard
ï‚• Barcode Printer : TSC / Zebra
ï‚• Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various
project and operational needs
ï‚• Develop technical documentation for operational processes and
procedures in supporting the environment.
ï‚• All other duties as assigned.
ï‚• Skills and expertise to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all
active network equipment, ensuring seamless network operations.

ï‚• Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving network issues,
implementing security measures, and proactively optimizing network
performance.
ï‚• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s, Manageable Switch and
Network architect L3 levels.
Education / Required Experience
ï‚• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or
similar relevant degree.
ï‚• Minimum 3 years of Windows System Administration experience in a
large-scale environment
ï‚• Experience in IT projects related to large company
acquisitions/mergers would be desirable.
ï‚• Proficient in Windows administration, especially Windows 10, Windows
11, Windows Server 2016, 2019 & Linux Ubuntu & centos
ï‚• Experience with AWS administration: At least 2-3 years of hands-on
experience with AWS, including IAM, EC2, S3, and implementing
security measures aligned with best practices.
ï‚• Strong experience in Data Center environments.
ï‚• Strong experience with Servers Hardware (Dell PowerEdge / HP) and
architecture.
ï‚• Strong experience with VMware vSphere administration.
ï‚• Strong experience with Enterprise backup platforms (Veeam)
ï‚• Basic of firewalls and encryption ( SSL /TLS /IP Sec) , Understanding
Intrusion decection prevent systems
ï‚• Good understanding of network technologies including VPNs, VLANs,
routing, subnetting and firewalls

ï‚• Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP,HTTPS, LDAP, SMTP
and SNMP
Include protentional:
ï‚• Perform regular IT audits to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
ï‚• Assist the compliance team with tasks related to audit as necessary (ISO
27001, SOC 2, etc)
ï‚• Asset Management: Manage sufficient stock of requirements, keep track of IT
assets, renewal of licenses, contracts, AMCs etc
ï‚• Involve in the Procurement of Hardware, Software and their management.
ï‚• Experience with administration the technologies such as Google Workspace,
Slack, Antivirus, VPN, SSO, AP
ï‚• Advanced Troubleshooting of Mac OS , Linux and MS Windows, Security
Policies and Procedures.
ï‚• Familiarity with Linux or other Unix-based systems.
ï‚• Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,
VPN, LAN/WAN, firewalls)
ï‚• Configuration management platforms and deployment tooling
ï‚• Excellent understanding of server architecture design techniques, principles &
practice
ï‚• Technical writing discipline (Experience with basic programming or scripting)
ï‚• Project management methodologies and techniques
ï‚• Problem solving and analytical skills
ï‚• Customer service orientation
ï‚• Focus on delivery and high tolerance in working under pressure
ï‚• Strong work ethic and a team player
ï‚• Must be willing and able to travel, work after hours and weekends when
required.
