It Support Engineer

Position : IT Support Technician

Exp : 3+ Years

Shift time : 5:30 AM-2:30 PM (can work from home in initial hours and have to report to office at 8:30 AM)

Job Description

1. Azure Management:

• Oversee and manage Azure cloud services, including the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of virtual machines and cloud resources.
• Optimize Azure usage to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Ensure security and compliance within the Azure environment.

2. Microsoft Office Setup and Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Office applications across the organization.
• Manage Office 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
• Provide support for Office-related issues and ensure smooth integration with other systems.

3. Firewall and VPN Configurations:

• Design, implement, and maintain firewall systems to protect the organizations network.
• Configure and manage VPN services for secure remote access for employees
• Monitor network traffic and ensure the security and integrity of data transmissions.

4. Virtual Machines and IT Infrastructure:

• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of virtual machines (VMs).
• Ensure the stability and availability of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Implement IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements as needed.

5. Company Network Administration:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to support network-related needs.

6. Asset Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and warranties.
• Oversee the procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT assets.
• Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with company policies.

7. UiPath Configuration and Automation:

• Configurations - License and User Management - Setup & Installation

8. IT Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide advanced technical support to end-users and resolve complex IT issues
• Manage and maintain the IT helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
• Document IT processes and procedures to support training and knowledge sharing.

9. Security and Compliance:

• Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including antivirus, data encryption, and access control.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.

10. Project Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

11. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Recommend and implement improvements to IT systems, processes, and policies. - Provide training and mentorship to junior IT staff
