Job Description

To review and update Procurement process on regular basis and to ensure that the process is adhered to.

To review spend for the affliate, category and department wise.

To release RFPs as and when required and support Business with Right Vendor

selection.

To ensure Contract Compliance.

To define vendor KPIs and SLAs, as applicable.

To ensure right Vendor selection after proper due diligence on risk and rates.

Risk and compliance management.

To support business in negotiating and onboarding vendors.

Training affiliate on regular basis on policy and procedures.

To support auditors with required data.

To maintain contracts and other related documents in central data.

Dashboards to be created and shared with Management on Monthly basis.

Vendor Optimization Project, Strategic Sourcing Projects etc to be managed to support business.
