Job Description
An SAPTreasury Support Consultant is a specialized professional responsible forproviding support, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP Treasury and CashManagement solutions. This role involvesworking closely with finance and treasury teams to ensure the efficient andeffective use of SAP Treasury module, addressing any issues, and implementingimprovements to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
SystemSupport and Maintenance:
1. Provide day-to-day support for SAPTreasury and Cash Management modules.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to SAP Treasury functionalities.
3. Perform regular system health checksand maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance.
UserAssistance and Training:
1. Assist end-users with functionalqueries and issues related to SAP Treasury and Cash Management.
2. Conduct training sessions andworkshops to enhance user knowledge and proficiency in using SAP Treasurymodule.
3. Develop and update user manuals,training materials, and documentation.
Configurationand Customization:
1. Configure and customize SAP Treasurymodules to meet specific business requirements.
2. Collaborate with technical teams toimplement custom developments and enhancements.
BusinessProcess Analysis and Improvement:
1. Analyze current treasury processesand identify areas for improvement.
2. Work with business stakeholders togather requirements and translate them into SAP Treasury and cash managementsolutions.
3. Implement best practices and processoptimizations to enhance treasury operations.
ProjectParticipation:
1. Participate in SAP Treasury rollout andupgrade projects.
2. Assist in project planning,execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of SAP Treasurysolutions.
3. Coordinate with cross-functionalteams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Treasury management with other SAPmodules and systems.
RiskManagement and Compliance:
1. Ensure that SAP TRM configurationsand processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
2. Monitor and manage financial risks usingSAP TRM tools and functionalities.
3. Support internal and external auditsby providing necessary documentation and information.
Reportingand Analysis:
1. Develop and maintain reports anddashboards to provide insights into treasury operations.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in SAP Treasury and CashManagement modules.
2. Strong understanding of SAPconfiguration and customization.
3. Knowledge of integration pointsbetween SAP Treasury and other SAP modules (eg, FI, CO, MM).
Analytical Skills:
1. Ability to analyze complex businessprocesses and translate them into SAP solutions.
2. Strong problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
Communication Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
2. Ability to effectively communicatewith technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
Severalyears of experience working with SAP Treasury and Cash Management modules.
Experiencein a treasury or finance role is beneficial.
