Executive Assistant

• Calendar management: Plan and maintain the MDs calendar, including appointments, meetings, and recurring tasks
  
• Travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, visas, and flights
  
• Communication: Handle communications, including emails, calls, and meetings
  
• Project support: Support projects, including coordinating with departments and liaising with clients
  
• Networking: Network with individuals for partnerships and growth opportunities
  
• Reporting: Track and analyze metrics, and generate reports
  
• Representing the MD: Represent the MD in meetings and in communications

Other duties

• Managing the MDs filing systems, mailing list, and contacts database
  
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  Participating in teammeetings
