Job Description

Elevate is recruiting an Associate for our eDDR Document Review team. As an Associate, you will support global law firm and in-house law department customers with incident response, litigation document review, and eDiscovery in ongoing complex litigations and regulatory investigations.

Specifically, the Associate - eDDR - Document Review will:

Review high volumes of complex litigation documents with the highest productivity and accuracy.
Identify and assess the impact of reviewing guidelines on documents.
Draft decision logs and perform quality control.
Ensure adherence to Elevate's standard operating procedures on projects.
Be trained and required to use the most advanced litigation technology review tools.
Work as part of a global team.

Experience

Prior experience with document review, eDiscovery, and incident response.
1+ years' experience working with ALSPs, large law firms or corporate legal departments.

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experience working on review tools like Relativity, Introspect, Xerox, Ringtail, etc
Experience working on any contract abstraction or management software.

Skills for Success:

Strong analytical and interpretational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to perform well under stringent deadline pressure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in law.
Residence in India.
