Co-Founder/Chief Technology Officer - Full Stack Technologies (6-10 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Co-Founder & CTO to join a promising tech start-up as a core team member. If you're a tech enthusiast eager to take on the challenge of building something from the ground up, this is the perfect opportunity. We are looking for an experienced developer who is passionate about building AI driven /Agentic Intelligence products and open to learn and innovate in the ever evolving AI space.

What are we looking for :

- A tech enthusiast with a passion for building innovative solutions around AI agents.

- Drive product ideation, architecture, and implementation.

- Take ownership of the technical infrastructure and drive continuous improvements.

- Work on integrating APIs and third-party tools to enhance the platform's features.

- Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database).

- Own technical architecture and development. Assume accountability for the design, implementation, and evolution of the technical systems. This includes making decisions regarding the selection of technologies, architecture design, and engagement with vendors or partners.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Expertise in open-source technologies like - Java, Springboot, Postgres, MongoDB, Generative AI.
