Elementis - Logistics Specialist - Import/Export (5-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling overall Imports & Exports (Raw material, Finished goods & other items) In-coming, Out-going, Warehousing and Logistics activities.

- Knowledge and hands on experience on complying with international export norms, local trade compliances and financial laws, Haz & Non-Haz. material movements.

- Experience and familiar with day-to-day inventory movements in plant operations.

- Knowledge and hands on working experience in SAP/EPR/JD Edward system on Materials Management and Distribution modules.

- Experience and familiar with stock verification audits, cycle counts, material reconciliations and inventory adjustments.

- Familiar with ABC analysis, KANBAN, JIT and Rack Storage systems.

- Experience with products / materials shelf-life management, monitoring and control.

- Preparation and reporting the daily stock status, dispatch report & material movement analysis.

- Experience in handling GST related activities, E-way bill preparation, resolving queries raised by Customs and related govt. authorities - ADC-NOC, FSSAI, Export Council, etc.

- Familiar with all documents and records as per IATF 16949:2016 / ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, GMPs and US-FDA, etc.

- Experience in managing multiple transporters for day-to-day supplier deliveries/ customer order movements.

- Able to identify, improve, and maintain warehouse premises as per the standard safety norms and the basic 5S system/housekeeping.

- Knowledge and hands on working experience on inventory reduction and cost reduction in warehousing & logistics activities such as: Delivery Lead Time reduction (OTIF) & Alternate supplier/transporter development, etc.

- Familiar with Scrap disposal procedures.
