Inside Sales Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead Generation

• Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce Yale products and generate leads.

Lead Assignment & Management

• Assign leads received from different channels to the PAN India sales team through NOVO.
• Track assigned leads until they are closed (won or lost) in the system.
• Share weekly updates on pending leads with the sales team.

Debtors Management

• Share monthly collection plans for equipment and after-market services to Sales Head by the first week of every month.
• Follow up with customers via calls and emails to secure payments.
• Share requested documents with customers (e.g., PBG, ABG, SBLC).
• Confirm payment details with customers/payment advice.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to provide relevant documents to customers.
• Send payment receipt emails after collecting payments.
• Maintain debtor days within 30 days.

Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Conduct telecalls with existing customers to collect feedback about Yale products and services.
• Share received remarks and ratings with our partner team yale, to address customer issues.

MIS & Order booking Report

• Collect MIS reports from the EMLT sales team and compile them for management review.

Quarterly Reports

• Prepare and share quarterly inside sales reports detailing lead assignments, converted leads, orders won, etc.

Weekly Inside Sales Meetings

• Present reports on pending leads, total leads, BOX summary, contact research files during weekly meetings.

Contacts Support

• Conduct contact research on companies requested by the sales team and share contacts over BOX.
• Share weekly BOX summaries as reminders for assigned contacts and update remarks.

Marketing

• Email & WhatsApp Campaigns
• Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns for Yale products targeting existing customer databases.
• Coordinate with Kaleidoscope team for campaign templates/artwork; obtain management approval before running campaigns on a weekly basis.
