The Jr. Officer will also assist with administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, and support the team in various office management activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the reception.
• Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments, providing accurate information to callers.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, filing, and organizing documents.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, office correspondence, and other necessary documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure the office runs smoothly and all administrative needs are met.
• Customer Service: Address any inquiries or concerns from visitors, staff, or callers, providing a high level of customer service.
• Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on administrative tasks and support with other office-related reports when needed.
