Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage key human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations, along with proficiency in both Hindi and English to effectively coordinate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
• Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, tax calculations, statutory deductions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee queries, foster positive workplace relations, and facilitate training and development programs.
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, implement HR policies, and support the overall HR function.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR regulations, labor laws, and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
