Technical Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy: Define and own the product roadmap for our customer support platform. Align product initiatives with company objectives and market opportunities.

Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs and market trends into detailed product requirements and user stories. Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Decision-Making: Evaluate technical solutions and make informed decisions on product architecture and design. Assess technical trade-offs and ensure scalability, security, and performance of the product.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance. Use data analytics to drive product improvements and iterations.

Stakeholder Communication: Present product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership. Ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 6 years in technical product roles. Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS; knowledge of Terraform, Docker, and GitHub is a plus.

Familiarity with JavaScript. Proficiency in data analysis and ability to use insights to drive product decisions.
